ISB,Hyderabad and Mohali
The Indian School of Business (ISB), in order to establish themselves as a prominent business school in Asia, wanted to erect a state-of-the-art campus in Hyderabad and Mohali. Fire safety and durability were the two most important criteria in material selection for the educational campus.
Gyproc drywall systems were the apparent choice due to its high passive fire performance and impact resistance. Gyproc fire-resist drywall systems were used to build the classrooms of the Hyderabad campus. 98mm Gyproc duraline plasterboards with high impact resistance systems were used in the classrooms and corridor walls for the Mohali campus. It delivered high performance on passive fire protection of 1 hr and sound insulation of 44dB.
