Novotel Pune had an enormous plan to construct a structure offering 223 ergonomically designed rooms with contemporary décor and modern amenities. Timely construction of the hotel was of utmost importance to them as it directly affected their revenue.
The architect chose Gyproc drywall systems with duraline plasterboard and plain plasterboard for the project. A massive banquet hall with clear height of more than 7mtrs and ceiling with double layer plasterboard in combination with Barassol were the highlights of the project. Drywalls consume 75% lesser space for storage as compared to conventional masonry walls and this helped ANJ Interior to efficiently manage space and reduce wastage.
