Saint-Gobain Gyproc® has technically equipped and trained technologists. Saint-Gobain Gyproc® technologists regularly conduct inspection during their site visits to ensure consistent quality at site. “Plastershala” is a training provided by Saint-Gobain Gyproc® to site applicators by our trained personnel. Plastershala is conducted with prior approval from project managers at regular intervals to improve labour productivity.

Machine Spray plaster for faster work

Saint-Gobain Gyproc® also offers a special product Elite – Machine Spray suitable for mechanized application of Gypsum Plaster. Special additives in Elite – Machine Spray ensures less wastages due to anti splatter properties. Machine Spraying at site can be used in large projects for faster construction. Machine Spraying provides a smooth and consistent quality in quick time

Saint-Gobain Gyproc® has variety of Plasters and supporting tools to improve productivity and ensure consistent quality. Saint-Gobain Gyproc® plasters has lower density as compared to basic stucco plaster available in the market. Saint-Gobain Gyproc® plasters are manufactured at fully automated factories to deliver consistent quality and higher setting time of 15-25 minutes, thus giving freedom to use entire bag of Saint-Gobain Gyproc® plasters without wastages.

Application Methodology

In large projects, it is observed to have uneven walls. Best time to get it rectified is during erecting
the wall itself but there are ways to get it rectified during gypsum plastering also.

Saint-Gobain Gyproc® plasters are applied directly over various surfaces and executed in 9 Easy Steps:

Clean and Wet

Clean and pre wet the
wall before application

Mix Powder in water
(in the ratio of 100:80)
& not vice versa

Mix thoroughly to
make a uniform
